Abhay stops Arnab Dobriyal from hitting Piya

Episode 45 starts with Chand walking down the stairs. Haseena is sitting on a Sofa in the hall.
Chand: What did he say?
Haseena: He said he would go.
Chand: He did not argue?
Haseena : No!
Chand: I don’t believe him. He must be up to something.
Haseena: Chand…You told me that you wanted him to stay away for few days…it is done! He will go! (Chand thinks, ‘Piya Jaiswal…it’s time to deal with you’)

Scene moves to Piya at Dobriyal House looking out of the window. She recalls her telephonic conversation with the Warden regarding cheque for Maya from Danish. Piya inquires about the cheque to the servant Ramsingh. He tells her that coffee had fallen on it and it was kept for drying. He gets the envelope and give sit to Pia. Pia opens the cover and sees Danish’s cheque of 2 Lakhs in the name of Maya. She thinks, ‘Danish…now want excuse would you make? Where will you hide? You don’t even know Maya… And 2 lakhs Rupees cheque on an unknown person name. Now no one can save you’

Piya tells Misha about Danish and shows the Cheque. Misha is shocked to hear about it. Arnab , Danish and Panchi comes to the Hall. Misha asks if they heard what Pia said and Arnab tells her that they heard what she said.
Arnab: I can’t believe that someone whom I trusted so much could do this.
Piya: Please believe me…Why would I say that for anybody? Danish is telling you all lies.
Arnab: Lies? Really…then you tell me what the truth is…
Piya: Maya met Danish 1 year back. Then the affair between the 2 of them started. Maya took a transfer to here. She was not aware of Panchi. When Maya came to know about Panchi she told him to take a decision. Then danish started torturing her. He threatened her and one day he hurt her so much that he almost killed her. (Kabir comes in)
Kabir: What happened? Why this silence…
Arnab: Nothing… Piya is telling us all a Story. Tell me Pia…
Pia: When I came to know the truth I confronted Maya. But she was not ready to take a stand. Then I captured the conversation of 2 of them on my phone.
Arnab: The same phone which is dropped into water…
Piya: Yes…When I tried to talk about all of these danish came to my Hostel to kill me…
Arnab: In Hostel?
Piya: Danish wanted to silence me forever! And that time Abhay saved my life…
Kabir: Hey Pia…Just shut up okay, what nonsense are you talking? Do you know whom you are talking about? It’s Danish!
Piya: The same Danish who made Maya pregnant…The same Danish who is responsible for her plight…the same Danish who tried to kill me…and this is the same Danish who tried to purchase Maya…
Arnab: By giving 2 lakh Rupees cheque? I am unable to believe… Pia said exactly the same way as Danish told…
Pia: What? Kabir, you know that I will not do such a thing…why will I do such a thing?
Danish: Because I rejected you…and you could not take it. You also threatened me Piya that if I don’t leave Panchi you would tell such a story that Panchi would leave me.
Pia: What? You are such a liar Danish…
Arnab: What lies? You are the one who are telling lies. How many more lies would you tell?
Pia: So Danish…why did you give that cheque to Maya?
Arnab: Because he wanted to help her.
Pia: Then why didn't you tell anyone?
Danish: Because in our houses we don’t have the habit of helping someone and then making announcements. (Pia thinks, ‘He has told everyone lie…I have to make them believe me…’. Danish thinks, ‘It was good that I heard Pia’s talk over phone and immediately called Maya’s uncle and told him a twisted story’ He recalls putting Maya in taxi and asking her to go. He then recalls talking to Dobriyal family and tells them that Pia is after him from the first day onwards and even talked to his parents. He also tells them that Pia was refusing to give her phone to Kabir because she did not want him to see Abhay’s messages. He thinks, ‘I trapped everyone with my words! Pia Jaiswal, No one will believe you!’
Kabir: Enough Piya! How many persons would you fool… What did we think of you and what you turned out to be… I was not enough for you? Abhay was not enough for you? That you wanted someone who was already committed! Panchi and Misha always treated you like a sister. And what did you do with them? I will forget you…because I understood that you never loved me…But these people… These people thought of you as a family member. They gave you place in this house. And this uncle…he gave you love more than that of a daughter…He fought with the entire world for you. And what did you do Piya?
Piya: Just stop it! Please stop it! Why don’t you people understand? I am telling the truth…Danish is lying! Now all this Maya only would solve. I will call her. Maya…
Panchi: Enough Piya! How many more lies would you tell? Maya has gone to her uncle’s place. Danish left her at taxi stand. She is gone!
Piya: Wow Danish! Very good… You played a good game…You played your cards very well. How easily you told lies. I feel you don’t know the difference between truth and lies…In your engagement day you told me that you are marrying Panchi because she is from the Dobriyal family. Because she is well connected…because she has status…and girls like Maya are just for time pass. Panchi is marriage material because of which you are marrying her. Danish, How many more girls are there like Maya? How many girl’s life would you spoil. How many girls you made pregnant and left like Maya? Tell me Danish! (Arnab raises his hand to hit Pia)
Arnab: Stop it Pia! (Abhay stops Arnab by catching his hand. Every one is shocked. Abhay leaves Arnab’s hand)
Abhay: Come, Piya! We are going from here…now! (He holds Pia’s hand and walks out of the room)

Scene moves to Abhay and Pia walking in the moonlight.
Pia: Abhay, I don’t know what is written in my destiny. After my Momma died I only wished that I get everyone’s love. But maybe I was expecting too much. Oh God! Why did I come here and what I would do now…
Abhay: Now you come with me to my house.
Piya: No Abhay! You have already done so much for me. Your Parents are very angry and I don’t want them to be more angry. I will go to the Hostel. Warden has belief in me. She told me that I can come anytime. Abhay, you were supposed to go out of town…then…
Abhay: No…I will go tomorrow! (Abhay thinks, ‘I had gone Piya but maybe there is something between us. You were in trouble…and I got pulled to you…’)
Scene moves to Pia and Abhay in front of Mount College Girl’s Hostel.
Abhay: Bye Pia! Goodnight! (Pia turns and walks to the Hostel. Abhay thinks, ‘I need to protect you Pia. You are in great trouble..’

Scene moves to Piya sitting on her bed at her Hostel Room crying looking at her mother’s photo. Piya says, ‘Momma you saw what Papa did…He believed such things about his own daughter Momma. When you send me here I thought it is my fate to stay near Papa. But Momma here also I got only hatred…only hatred…And that Danish ended everything for me…he spoiled everything Moma! He put me down in front of everyone Momma…How easily Papa believed…how easily he started hating me…(she comes near the window with the photograph) everyone removed me out of their life Momma…everyone! So how am I special Momma? Where is that love which is written in my fate?’ Pia looks down from the window and sees Abhay standing down in the snow near the Hostel gate looking upwards at her. Pia recalls the incidents which happens after she tells Danish’s truth to his Parents. She remembers how Abhay saved her from Danish at the Hostel room, from getting expelled from college and from Arnab hitting her.

Scene moves to Mount College Campus. Piya is walking and Kabir stops her. Tracker comes there and Kabir tells Tracker to give the Black Diary in which she has information of all hot Guys to Piya so that she gets a list of available Guys and not hit on other’s Boyfriends. Tracker excuses herself from there.
Piya: Kabir, this was your love? Did you even ask me once what the truth is? Why I did what I did… You knew me then what happened?
Kabir: Oh! So you are the hurt Party…ehh? This words does not look good from your mouth Pia…
Piya: So you would hear anyone’s words against me?
Kabir: Anyone? He is my Brother! And you even with him…? Disgusting Pia! And why should I believe you? I saw with my own eyes how you were behaving with Abhay. You spend more time with him than me…And now Danish! You know what Pia…You should not have come here. What have you done after coming here? From the time you came you only created problems for others. (Misha comes there and hold on Kabir’s arm)
Misha: Come on Kabir, let’s go!
Piya: Misha…
Misha: Don’t take my name! You used my friendship. You took advantage of my family’s goodness… And why? Because you needed all the Boy’s attention? This is what you wanted Pia? That all Guys run around you…otherwise you would spoil their reputation. Disgusting! I wish I never met you. Today I am not feeling bad that I am losing a friend…because you were never a friend. (Misha goes off with Kabir. Pia thinks, ‘I lost everything…I lost everything…’)
Abhay: Piya…(Abhay comes and stands behind her) Forget everything! When the truth comes to light everything would fall into its place.
Piya: This fast everyone lost their belief in me. (She tells in mind, ‘I have become all alone’)
Abhay: No Piya, you are not alone… (He comes in front of her and place his hands on her arms) I am with you! (The scene ends with Abhay-Pia eye lock)

7th December 2010 Written Update (Episode 39) Maya asks Piya to stay away from her problems and not to interfere

Episode 39 starts with T standing out of Dobriyal House while the show is falling and Guests are going out . T says, ‘Where did Abhay go? Stupid! It is so cold!’ Tracker comes near Tanushree.
Tracker: You? Whom are you waiting for?
T: For Abhay….
Tracker: For your Boyfriend? Where has he gone?
T: He is busy on phone…
Tracker: For one hour? (Ruhi laughs)
T: Shut up! What is it with you?
Tracker: I have no problem. But I saw Abhay going out of the party with Pia… I have confusion…he is your Boyfriend or …
T: Oh shut up! I only told Abhay to drop that charity case…at her place. Otherwise that poor thing would freeze in the cold…understand? Now get lost! (Tracker goes off) Where are you Abhay…Damn it…Fool! If he was not hot I would have murdered him! (T is walking by the side of the road) Oh my God this Abhay Raichand…He is such a loser and I am never going to see him again…What do I do now? God this Abhay…I am going to kill him (Tanushree sees a Car coming and waves for lift) Stop…stop…lift! (The car stops and she sees Ruhi on the Driver’s seat. Ruhi offers T a lift which she accepts after some hesitation. Ruhi makes fun of her and also tricks her into pushing the car from behind)

Scene moves to Maya with Doctor and Nurse. Doctor gives Maya the discharge papers and tells her that she still is not alright and needs rest and care. Maya tells that she is going to her Uncle’s House. As she was about to walk Maya suddenly feels giddy and the Doctor and Nurse helps her back to the bed. The Doctor asks the Nurse if Maya has any emergency contact number. The nurse tries to call Piya but finds her Mobile switched off. The Doctor asks if there is any other number.
Scene moves to Dobriyal House where Guys are entering with Baskets in their hand. Arnab asks them to keep them on the table. Panchi comes and sits near her Dad and asks what is that all. A servant tells her that it is the shagun. Panchi tells Arnab that Danish should not have sent all that. Arnab tells that it is now only that her engagement happened and it is a ritual from the groom’s side and not a big deal. Arnab asks Panchi to look at her presents and enjoy. The servant corrects Arnab by telling him that the shakun is not for Panchi but for Misha. He tells that the gifts have come from Mr Menon’s residence and it is for Misha Dobriyal for their son Pintu.
Panchi: Who is Pintu?
Arnab: You know what? I am going to kill this girl. Misha… (He does from the room in a hurry and Panchi follows him)
At the Hospital Maya regains consciousness. She then sees Danish who looks at her with a smile.

Scene moves to Piya at the Hospital Reception. She tells the nurse at the reception that she wants to meet Maya. The nurse informs Pia that Maya has been discharged and was taken from there by one Mr. Danish Singh. Piya makes a call from the Hospital to Abhay. Abhay who is driving the car picks up the call.
Piya: Abhay, there is a problem. That Danish took away Maya from the Hospital to some where…
Abhay: What? Okay Pia…Just relax. Listen to what I say carefully. Go to Dobriyal House and wake up Misha and tell her that she has to tell Panchi and the Dobriyals the truth. And…I will look for Danish…okay? Now go!
Piya: Okay.

Scene moves to Abhay pressing the door bell of Danish’s House. Danish’s mother comes and opens the door. When Abhay asks about Danish she tells that Danish is not in. Abhay tells her that he wanted an important file that is in danish’s hand. Danish’s Mom tells Abhay to go to his room and check on his own. Abhay goes to Danish’s room and searches there. Abhay finds a photo of Maya nd Danish together.

Scene moves to Piya entering Dobriyal House. Panchi sees her and asks from where she is coming. Pia tells her that she had gone to the Hospital to meet Maya. Panchi tells her that Maya is taking rest upstairs. Panchi tells that when the Hospital people could not contact Pia they called Panchi and she along with Danish bought Maya to the House so that she can take rest. Piya asks Panchi about Misha. Panchi sarcastically tells, ‘Mrs Menon? wife of Pintu’. Piya gets confused. Panchi tells Pia that Misha is in her room and tells her to go and meet Misha there.
Scene moves to Misha who opens her eyes and sees decorated baskets all around in her room. Piya comes to her room and asks her what is happening. Misha tells her that she does not even remember her name. Piya tells her that she wants to talk to Misha. Misha asks Pia if she did anything stupid in her drunken state. Piya tries to remind Misha but Misha tells her that she was so drunk that she does not remember anything. Pia is worried as Misha does not remember anything and wonders how she would get proof against Danish.

Danish shouts at his mother for permitting Abhay in. Abhay comes down the stairs with a file in hand.
Abhay: I got the file (Danish remembers how Abhay lifted him from the ground with just his one hand. Abhay walks out of there)
Scene moves to Abhay and Piya in the Car.
Pia: Abhay, we don’t have any proof…I lost everything…Don’t know what sort of luck Danish has. First phone…then Pendant…and now Misha also does not remember anything. We can’t prove anything. We don’t have any proof…
Abhay: We have proof (Abhay gives Piya the Photo)
Piya: Oh my God Abhay…This is clear evidence! That they know each other and there is something between them. Yes… we can prove it!

Scene moves to Pia confronting Maya at the Dobriyal House. Piya shows Maya the photograph and tells her that with the help of it they can prove that Danish is a liar. Maya takes the photo from Pia’s hand and tears the picture. Maya tells Piya to stay out of her problems and not to interfere. Maya remembers Danish threatening her to expose her in front of her Parents if she dares to tell anything about him. Maya also remembers Danish telling her to tell Piya to forget everything otherwise he would spoil her life. Piya tries to reason with Maya with the torn photograph in hand and tells her that they have proof. Maya tells Pia to just leave her alone. Piya then sees Danish entering the room with a tray and hides the photograph. Pia stares at Danish in anger.
Danish: Don’t you think that you are interfering a little too much? I think you should stop.
Piya: Whether Maya wants it or not I will show your true face to everyone…I don’t know what you told Maya that she suddenly became silent…But I am not going to leave you okay?
Danish: See Piya…You are an orphan. If you vanish no one would even search for you…Everyone would think that you have gone somewhere. You are alone. You need to take care of yourself. You have to be careful!
Panchi comes in and is impressed by seeing Danish with soup for Maya. She praises him and tells that she is lucky to have a Guy like him. Panchi gives the soup and asks Maya to be left alone as she needs rest.

Scene moves to Raichand House where Hasina tells that she finds it difficult to attend the functions and parties as she cannot control her urges. Chand tells her that it was necessary for them to attend the engagement party of Danish as he is their employee and so that anything happens in future they would not be suspected. Haseena suggests that they should invite Danish and his Parents to their House for Dinner. Abhay comes there and tells his Parents that Danish Singh should not come to the House at all and asks Chand to remove Danish from job.
Chand: Now we have to coordinate our decisions with that girl’s? If Pia do not like him we should not allow him here… why?
Abhay: He made one girl pregnant and now is getting engaged to Panchi…
Chand: They are human. Since when have you started flowing with human emotions?
Abhay: He is a Monster (Chand laughs and Hasina smiles)
Chand: And …who are we? Who are you...What we can do…what we want to do…in front of all that these people are nothing… They are just human. They have made some rules for themselves and some morals…they don’t have a right to us. But we have to wear that mask…if we have to stay in between them we have to wear that mask… And don’t think that it is your truth…we are not human…and when they come here you will be with us wearing that mask…behaving like a human…and you would welcome them…Understood? (Abhay stares at Chand and the episode ends there)

3rd December 2010 Written Update (Episode 36) Maya admits that Danish Singh is the father of her Baby

Episode 36 starts with Pia confronting Kabir.
Piya: Tell me Kabir, why did you spoil that girl’s life?
Kabir: Oh God! This is crazy! Who told you this? Who is poisoning you against me?
Piya: Kabir, tell me …why did you leave that girl in this condition? Tell me… who is the girl?
Kabir: Why don’t you tell me?
Pia: I want to hear it from your mouth Kabir! Tell me who is that girl? (Danish comes there)
Danish: Kabir, Is this your first fight…and that too today! What are you doing?
Kabir: Don’t know what she heard from where and fighting with me…
Danish: You are not that innocent…Flirt at college and now thief too!
Kabir: Bro! This is serious!
Danish: So is this! Give my jacket! (Piya is shocked)
Kabir: Have some patience…I am fighting with my girlfriend!
Danish: Fight wearing your jacket! Give my jacket to me… My Boss gave me a custom made jacket and he is wearing it and roaming around. How selfish are you? I told him to bring my jacket and polish my ring…
Kabir: (Takes the ring from the coat pocket. Piya recognizes it as the ring in the video clip) Here is your ring! Look at the ring…it is bloody polished… and take your jacket (gives the jacket)
Piya: Danish, this is your jacket?
Danish: Yeah! Cool, is it not?
Piya: But Kabir you told me that it is your jacket.
Kabir: So…His jacket or my jacket it is the same…is it not?
Danish: How my engagement has happened! So what is mine is mine… not yours…
Kabir: You use more than half of my things and today I used your jacket and you are complaining…
Danish: This jacket is given by my Boss and if you wear it and roam in front of him what will he think? You are so greedy! (Arnab comes there)
Arnab: What are you people doing here? I have to make a very important announcement, come inside! Everybody… (Danish and Kabir go off. Pia stands there thinking)

Inside the Dobriyal House Arnab makes an emotional speech. He tells the guests that Panchi could not have got a better Guy than him and that he is proud of her choice. Everyone raises the toast for Danish and Panchi. Piya comes inside. She is sad thinking how wrong he is.

A couple come to Arnab and Madhu and tells them that they are happy to be invited for the engagement. Arnab tells them that they are not only Business Associates but good friends too. The lady tells that she is impressed by the upbringing of Panchi and puts a proposal of marriage for Misha with their son who is in London. Arnab gives them consent to ask Misha if she is willing to get married.

Piya comes out of the House and thinks, ‘This has become too much Piya. Now you need to know the truth… for Maya and Panchi…Maya, you have to tell the truth! You should not let that animal spoil another girl’s life. Please Maya…you have to tell the truth’ Piya sees a car coming and stops the car by waving hands. She gets into the car and the car moves off.
Piya enters Maya’s Hospital Room.
Pia: Maya…
Maya: Pia?
Piya: Maya, I know who it is…It is Danish, right?
Maya: What? What nonsense are you talking?
Pia: Maya, Come on…stop telling lies! Admit it!
Maya: Pia, I am not telling lies! That is not Danish.
Pia: If it is not Danish why you have tears on your eyes hearing his name? Come on Maya…don’t cry for him…stop crying for him! He does not bother about you. Now I am coming from his engagement Party. And stop protecting him. Come on…wake up!
Maya: And do what Pia? I don’t have proof…
Pia: I have proof…see this video (She gives the mobile to Maya)
Maya: But we can’t even see his face in this
Pia: But Maya we can’t at least do something
Maya: No, We can’t do anything! Nothing will happen to him Piya, everyone will only blame me and I can’t take it. (She talks about how she fell in love with Danish and how he cheated on her)
Pia: Oh God! The fault is mine too…I thought that the guy is Abhay and I spoiled his reputation everywhere.
Maya: Abhay has always saved my life. When I tried to commit suicide also he saved my life. I think now it has become his habit to save my life.
Pia: He was just doing some good and what all I told him. Why did his accept this false accusation?
Maya: Pia, I know that you felt that he is responsible…I was about to tell you but he told me that he did not want you to know the truth. That’s why I did not say anything. He is a very nice Guy Piya! He did not even go for the Play…he came to see me in the Hospital. He felt that I would try to end my life again.
Piya: Why did I not listen to my heart? But in my ego I trusted my brain. And Abhay…why did he let me believe it? (Pia gets up)
Maya: Where are you going Pia?
Piya: To the Engagement Party…I have to stop it!
Maya: bUt we don’t have proof!
Pia: I and Abhay together will do something…
Maya: Abhay does not know anything! Abhay does not know that the father of my child is Danish!
Piya: What? You did not tell him also? Why?
Maya: Because if Abhay comes to know he will kill Danish Pia… (Pia goes from there)

Piya gets back to the Engagement Party and tries to tell the truth of Danish to her. But after seeing her full of praises for Danish Pia could not tell her anything. Madhu also thank Pia for hiding the truth about her. Piya thinks that there is one truth, the truth of Danish, which she cannot hide. Arnab comes and takes Madhu away from there. Piya thinks how wrong they were all about Danish and wonders who she could talk to. She then sees Misha at the Bar counter.
