1st July 2011 Written Update (Episode 210) Abhay Raichand comes back to Mount College with girlfriend Tanya

Abhay introduces Tanya to Pia

Episode 210 starts with Misha ordering to switch off the lights. She says, 'Let the show begin'. Misha then goes and stands with her sisters. Jay tells Neel, 'If this CD works then serious damage control has to be done. The photos Panchi had taken of you and the girl at your bedroom are going to be shown to everyone here. So best of luck!' The photos of Neel with the girl gets displayed on the screen. Neel recalls Panchi taking his pictures with the girl and telling him, 'When your family and my family see this photos, they would definitely mind'. Everyone is stunned seeing the photos. Arnab looks at Neel's direction but Neel does not look at him. Jay puts his head down in shame. Dipannita looks at Neel but he does not look at her either. Misha switches on the lights. Dipannita and Neel are looking down.T is looking happy.
Arnab: Neel, What is all this? (Panchi walks towards Arnab)
Panchi: You saw that Papa? We believed in him...and What did he do to me? I cannot see him with any other girl. I can't be married to a Guy who is unfaithful to me. (Neel walks towards Panchi and holds her hand. Panchi takes her hand away)
Neel: I love you! (Everyone looks shocked)I love you so much Panchi.(Panchi looks at him suspiciously) You reacted exactly the same way I expected you to. (Arnab and Dipannita looks at each other). I wanted to see your reaction seeing those pictures. (Misha and Pia looks at each other) And you proved me right Panchi...you proved me right... Thank you so much! (Neel hugs Panchi. He whispers in her ears, 'You wanted to win, right? Don't even try messing with me Panchi...'. Neel releases her from his embrace.)
Panchi: What? (Neel holds her hand)
Neel: You gave me so much happiness Panchi that I can't even tell. Sam... (The girl who was with Neel in the picture comes to the Party Hall and stands next to Jay. Neel goes to the girl and keeps both his hands on the girl's shoulder). This is Sam... This is the same girl whom you saw in those pictures. She is my childhood friend. And whatever she did, she did for me... Papa, One year back I saw a girl and fell in love with heron first sight. That time I decided that I would marry only her. I also knew that one day she would be mine. That girl's name was Panchi... Panchi Dobriyal... I told my Mom and send a proposal to your home for her... and both the families agreed...Our engagement also happened. And all this happened so quickly that I could not even know if Panchi loves me as much as I love her...or is she marrying me because of the pressures of her family?
Arnab: Neel, What is your point? What are you trying to say?
Neel: Papa, I wanted to see...I wanted to see if Panchi is as crazy for me as I am for her... So I joined with Sam and made this plan. I wanted to see if she will feel bad seeing me with another girl. And I was right Papa... she felt bad... She felt bad and it proves how much she loves me. (Dobriyal Sisters are angry and helpless seeing the way the tables are turned) I am really happy today.
Sam: Uncle, I know Neel from childhood. For Neel love is losing himself fully...He wants to love completely. As a matter of fact my marriage is about to happen. We thought we will test Panchi's feelings. Panchi came home and saw us together. I thought she will slap me. But thankfully she did not do anything like that...and she just clicked those pics and she went off. Believe me! I only helped my friend.
Misha: What a game he played... (Jay smiles. Neel goes to Panchi and holds her hand)
Neel: Today how Panchi showed that photos in front of everyone...her anger is her proof of love. I love you!
Dipannita: How strange this love is...right Arnab? And sweet too! You love almost gave us a Heart Attack. Please don't give us this type of stress at this stage. And if you want to give... give a warning before that... (The Khurana's smile. Arnab thinks, 'Maybe Dipannita might have been fooled by I know my daughter very well. This drama...and giving someone proof...all this can come in some horrible TV Serial... but not in real life. And this time I will just have to play along. Let's see what happens.' Jay goes and stands next to Neel. He says, 'Good One Bro!')
Dipannita: Jay, It's crazy...not a good one... Neel... Say sorry to Panchi, Okay? (Neel holds both his ears and says sorry to Panchi. He does the same with Arnab also. Jay and Dipannita smiles. Misha goes from there)
Arnab: Well, Ladies and Gentleman...I think that was enough Drama for the evening.We should open the Bar now... Please!Help yourself with the drinks... (Arnab stands in front of the Bar counter and orders, 'Champagne for everyone...'. He then closes his eyes and says in mind, 'God...No! not again... Please don't break my child's heart this time...Please!')

Pia walks from the hall. Jay follows her and mocks her saying that the Dobriyal sister's plans failed.
Pia: You know what? You and your cheater Brother...don't think you have got away with this! This game has just started...
Jay: Then I will enjoy playing this game...Every time you will fail like this and every time we will win like this... By the ways, you 3 sisters don't have what we Khurana Brothers have...You were playing this like a College game. I know you need brains to win this.
Piya: Don't worry! The game has just begun... and this is round 1
Jay: And round one goes to the Khurana's. (Piya goes from there in anger. Jay watches her going with a mischievous smile)

The Dobriyal sisters are in a room. Pia and Panchi are sitting while Misha is walking to and fro in the room.
Pia: I don't know how the loser came to know what our plan was that he cooke dup the story like this... (Panchi gets up)
Panchi: I will not marry that loser... I hate that $%^&*&. It was such a nice plan and both the brothers messed up my plan. (Pia also gets up from there and goes near Panchi)
Pia: Don't worry Panchi... We will think of something, okay?
Panchi: What? Think of something? Do you think that we will get another opportunity...
Misha: Birdie, Just cut down the drama, okay? We have to think of a solid plan...fully solid!
Piya: Really? (mocks) And what is your fully solid plan?
Misha: Solid plans needs time to think. It is not some switch...
Pia: Wow!How helpful!
Misha: Think Guys think... this bloody @#$%^ (curses) bloody Khurana's.
Pia: (shocked) Misha... (Misha stands on a stool and starts giving her speech)
Misha: This time is not for fighting with each other. The enemy is very cunning. You defeated us in our game. We have to show the enemies that we are Dobriyal sisters. Khuranas... (All the three jointly shout) We are coming... (Misha pushes Pia to the bed and both fall together)
Panchi: What are you doing? She is in your team...you dumbo... (Misha pulls Panchi to the bed too)

Abhay comes to College with Girlfriend

T and Kabir are walking through the Mount College Campus. Kabir tells her that he has some important work to do. T complains that earlier he used to give her a lot of time and now has changed. T's Bimbo's are also talking and walking through the college corridor. Angad is sitting on the wall and throwing small stones trying to get Ruhi's attention. Ruhi and Pia are sitting at the Canteen chatting. Pia tells Ruhi that the Party was nice and she missed it. Ruhi tells Pia about her fight with Angad. She tells that in her anger she told Angad to go away and he went away. Suddenly Tracker sees something and says, 'Oh my God'. Tracker sees stands up. Pia also looks in the direction Ruhi is looking. Misha also comes near Ruhi and Pia. Misha also looks at the direction the girls are looking and is stunned. Abhay is walking through the Mount College Campus with a pretty girl clinging to his arm. Misha curses and says, 'Abhay came back to college...'. Misha looks at Piya who is sitting and looking at Abhay without blinking an eye. Abhay walks straight to Pia. Seeing that Pia gets up from the chair. T and Kabir are talking. T sees him and says loud, 'Abhay Raichand'. T says, 'He is so changed and all...'. Abhay goes near Pia along with the girl. Kabir looks at Abhay. All eyes are on Abhay while Abhay looks at Pia.
Abhay: Hi Pia...
Pia: Hi... (She extends her hand but Abhay does not take it)
Abhay: Great to see you. I have come back to College. Oh! (Abhay looks at the girl with him and introduces her) Meet my Girlfriend...Tanya... (Pia looks shocked. The girl smiles at her and then looks at Abhay with a smile. Both of them go from there. Kabir rushes from there. Pia runs behind Abhay while Misha and Ruhi follows.)

Someone is speaking to somebody on phone. The face of the person is not shown. He says, 'Abhay has returned and he has joined the College also. And this time he would be here till I don't end his story forever. And for that I need to stay very closer to him...very close!'

Abhay is walking alone through the College Campus. He is walking like a soldier with long strides with a lot of confidence on his face. He sees Misha with a ball in hand and stops to greet her.
Abhay: Hi Misha!
Misha: Sorry dude...No time... (Abhay resumes walking again. Kabir is coming along with T with an arm around her shoulder and stops when they see Abhay)
Abhay: Hi Kabir...Hi T... (T almost smiles and is about to say something. Kabir takes her away from there saying, 'Let's go T'. Abhay then sees Angad and Ruhi coming his way fighting over something. He greets them).
Abhay: Hi Ruhi!
Ruhi: Hi! (She gives a big smile)
Abhay: Hi Angad!
Angad: We are getting late for the class. let's go... (He pulls Ruhi who tries to resist and say something to Abhay. Angad raises his voice) I said we are getting late...Why don't you understand? (Angad takes Ruhi away from there. Abhay smiles)

Arnab is sitting near the fire place looking into something on his laptop. His mobile rings and he picks up the call from Kabir.
Arnab: Hello!
Kabir: Uncle, Uncle...I need to talk an urgent matter with you.
Arnab: Yeah Kabir...tell me!
Kabir: Uncle...Abhay Raichand has returned...
Arnab: What?

Jay sees Abhay looking at Pia

Abhay is walking fast. Pia is following him.
Pia: Abhay... just stop! (Abhay stops but does not turn and look at her. Piya comes closer to him and stops a few steps behind him)
Pia: Abhay, You cannot just go like that without talking to me... You have to give me answers to many of my questions. Here everyone knows my story...except me. I don't remember anything. I need you to tell me. And you are behaving as if there was nothing. Two days back you came to save me... why? Why did you do that? (Abhay recalls seeing her under the ice grave and walking after carrying her from the Car. He says in mind, 'No Pia, Not now! I cannot answer you now... Don't make this more difficult for me'. He turns to face her after composing himself)
Abhay: Not Possible (Tania comes and holds his arm)
Tania: Hey Baby, You are here... How long I was looking for you... (Abhay and Tania looks at each other)
Abhay: Two days back I was with Tania at Club Nine and after that with her at her farm house... Today what we will do we have to decide...right Tania?
Tania: Right! (Pia is literally in tears)
Pia: Abhay, Why are you doing this? You may tell me a lie but at least don't lie to yourself. Why are you playing these games with me? Can't you give me a straight answer Abhay? I agree that what ever was between us has finished but I need to know...
Abhay: You are irritating! Get a life...
Tania: Baby, Let's go na please... (Abhay and Tania walks from there.  Jay is coming from their opposite direction. Pia recalls Maya telling her that they were both perfect as a Couple and that everyone in College used to be jealous of them. Abhay turns and looks at Pia's direction as he walks. Abhay crosses paths with Jay who looks at him) Episode ends

22nd June 2011 Written Update (Episode 203) Pia’s dates spikes her drink and misbehaves with her

Abhay runs off leaving an unconscious Pia at the middle of the Road

Episode 203 starts with the 4 geeks waiting for Pia at Poison Ivy Night Club. Pia reaches the Club wearing the short black dress and waves at the guys. The guys eye at her. The Guy with the specs tell the others, 'What a hot chick Pia is. We got a lottery. Will not leave her today'. The Guy with a teeth missing says, 'Yeah, She has come all prepared. You also be ready'. The Guy with the specs tells, 'I am always ready life time. This much good opportunity...will not leave her today'. Piya is really uncomfortable being there. She then thinks,'Yo! This tacky boys...Pia are you stuck up? But there is no other opportunity to teach Jay a lesson. Come on Pia...Courage!' Piya flashes a fake smile at the Guys and walk towards them. When she reaches the table all the Guys pull a chair for her. Piya says thanks to them and occupies one chair.
Guy with Specs: What will you drink Pia?
Toothless Guy: I have heard that Whisky gives a high (Pia laughs)
Third Guy: So, shall I get you Whisky?
Pia: No no...I don't drink Whisky. Coke!
Forth Guy: Okay, I will bring... (The Guy goes from there. The Boys who are standing behind her almost fall on her. Pia laughs)
Pia: Boys! You are so cute... (At the Bar counter the drink is spiked by the Guy. He comes to the table and offers Pia the Coke)
Forth Guy: This is for you...
Pia: Thank you so much. Cheers Boys! (All the Guys says Cheers. Pia takes a sip of the Coke) Anyway, you will dance with me? (All the Guys say, 'I'. Pia picks the Guy with the specs and gets up from the Chair with the drink in hand) Let's go...Come on...I will see you Boys! (At the dance floor Pia feel uneasy and keeps her hand on head. The Guys with the specs is dancing and holds Pia's hand to make her dance. The Third Guy comes to the Dance Floor with another spiked drink and gives to Pia. All the 4 Guys are dancing around her. Spiked Drinks are again offered to Pia which she drinks despite of feeling heavy headed and giddy. The guys dance close to her and touches her. Pia asks for water. The third Guy insists that Pia drink another soft drink but she refuses. The Guys tell her to enjoy with them and try to make her dance with them. The Guys insist but Pia moves out of the dance floor and goes and sits on a Sofa at the Night Club. All the four Guys comes to her and insists again that they all enjoy. A Guy goes to get coke for Pia while the other Guys sit on her feet. One guy tells her that they would drop her home. When the Guy comes with the Coke Pia refuses it and pushes it away. Pia tells them that she will go home alone. She gets up from the sofa and starts walking with unsteady steps. The Guys also gets up and tell her that they will drop her home).

Jay is driving the Car. He is angry at himself. He reaches the Poison Ivy Night Club and walks in. Inside the Club the Guys are supporting Pia and stealthily taking her out of the Club. The Bouncer of the Club stops them and asks who the girl is. One Guy tells him that she is their friend. The Bouncer asks if the girl is alright. The Toothless Guy replies that she is drunk and they are going to drop her home. The Guys leave from there with Pia and Jay comes into the Club from another side. Jai looks around for Pia.

Abhay shows his Vampire Avatar with Blue eyes and Fangs to the Guys

The Guys come out of the Club with Piya. One Guy tells the others, 'Hurry up! We have to go Ridge Road'. Another Bouncer who was standing outside watches them and goes inside. They all get into the Car. Pia is at the back with the toothless Guy and the Guy with Specs on either side. They drives the Car off from there. While on road, the Guys on the back starts misbehaving with Pia. Pia tries to push them off and pleads, 'Stop' continuously but the Guys keep misbehaving with her. She again says,'Stop it!' and Abhay who is standing in the Jungle hears her. Abhay runs through the Forest like wind. The Guys are drinking inside the Car and all Guys except the one driving are misbehaving with her. Abhay is running towards the Car through the middle of the road. The Guy on the Driving seat sees and curses him. In the next moment Abhay is standing on the bonnet of the Car and the Car comes to a halt. The Guys in the Car are shocked. Abhay stares at them and then reveals his Vampire form with blue eyes and fangs. The Guys are scared. Abhay jumps down from the bonnet of the Car and thrash the guys. The Guys are beaten black and blue and thrown on the road by Abhay. Abhay then lifts Pia out of the Car and walks from there. The Guys flee away from there leaving the Car.

Abhay is standing on the road with Pia in his arms. Abhay's face and head is covered with a black cloth bandit style with his eyes only visible. He says in mind, 'Piya, whenever I try to go away from you, fate brings me nearer to you. How will I stay away from you when I think of you only all day and night?' Pia opens her drooping eyes and asks him, 'You...you came? (She struggles to keep her eyes open)
Pia: I knew that you would definitely come. Whenever I am in a problem you definitely come. You are my Angel! How do you know what is in my mind? How do you come to know that I need you. Please, don't leave me. Please...Stay this time...Please!
Abhay: Ssshhh! I am hear Pia, near you. We cannot be together. But I will never leave you. I will hear your every call. I will watch on you. I know that there are a lot of Questions in your mind but I cannot give you the answers to those Questions Pia. But I promise you that I will always be with you. For a life with you I can sacrifice thousands of my lives. I wish our lives were easy and I was a normal human like you. (Pia opens her eyes with difficulty)
Pia: I need you...
Abhay: Pia, I am with you. I will not leave you alone... (Pia gives a slight smile of relief)

Jay is worried for Pia and curses himself

At Poison Ivy Jay is looking around for Pia. He walks to the Bartender and inquires about Pia, 'Did you see any girl here? Black color dress...curly hair...'
Bartender: No Sir! (Jay notices the Bouncer who was outside the Night Club and stops him)
Jay: Excuse me! Did you see any girl here? Black color dress...curly hair... with four Guys?
Bouncer: That girl? She was drunk. She left along with the 4 Guys ten minutes ago
Jay: Do you have any idea where they might have gone? Which direction... Did you hear anything they talked?
Bouncer: Maybe towards Ridge Road
Jay: Thank you! ( Jay is angry and worried. He thinks, 'What the hell Pia... Why did you have to go with that Guys? I don't even know the Guys. This is bad Pia...this is really bad'. Jay walks from there. He comes out of the Night Club and runs to the Car. Jay drives the Car from there. Inside the Car he calls to Pia's mobile but there is no response. He says, 'Pick up the phone Pia...Pick up the phone God damn'. He calls again but does not get any response. Jay is frustrated and worried for Pia. He says, 'I am damn stupid. Why did I pull this stunt with Pia? Pia...how dumb can you be? You don't even know the Guys. I just hope that nothing happens to her').

At the Road Abhay holds Pia closer and kisses on her forehead. Pia looks at him struggling to keep her eyes open.
Pia: Please... show your face...tell me your name...
Abhay: There is no use Pia. What would you do knowing me?
Pia: Who are you? What is our relationship and why are we not together? What is that reason why we are not together?
Abahy: It is such a long story and there is so to tell that life may come to an end. You just remember this that you are not alone. Any danger or trouble comes to you I will be there in front of you.
Pia: You will save me from any danger?
Abhay: Yeah, from any problem.
Pia: And if... if I jump from any mountain then also will you save me?
Abhay: Even if you jump from any mountain...then also...
Pia: But why are you so concerned about me?
Abhay: Promise me that you will not get into any problem on your own. Just promise me Pia, please! Promise me...

Jay comes to Piya

Jay is driving his car fast through the Road. Pia is unconscious in Abhay's arms. He puts her down on the middle of the road and runs away from there. Pia is lying on the road unconscious as Jay's Car is approaching her. Jay stops the Car and few feet away and goes running to her. He kneels beside her and calls her name repeatedly gently patting her face to bring her back to consciousness. Piya opens her eyes slowly.
Jay: Are you okay? (Jay gently caresses her forehead)
Pia: Jay...It's you?
Jay: Yes Pia...it's me... You okay?
Pia: Jay, He was here...My Angel Jay...(Jay pats on her head fondly)I don't know why it happens... whenever he is near you are also there. Why it happens? Jay, He was here
(Jay thinks, 'Pia is again talking of some unknown Guy. She has no idea what she is saying. This time there is no use arguing with her. Just say Yes...')
Jay: Okay Pia, okay! Yeah...yeah... (Jay lifts Pia from the Road and takes her to the Car)

Jay carries Piya to the Car

Jay asks Pia to calm down patting her head gently

Jay is driving the Car with Pia sitting on the front passenger seat with the safety belt on. Pia's eyes are closed and she struggles to stay conscious. Even her talks are not clear.
Jay: Pia... Pia, what is wrong with you? Do you have any idea how much you have drunk?
Pia: No Jay, I didn't drink. I was just drinking soft drink. I was having Coke.
Jay: What? Coke? Pia...Those Guys mixed something in your drink? Pia... Did they mix something in your drink? (Pia nods 'Yes')
Pia: Yeah... But he...my Angel was there...
Jay: Yeah yeah of course sure...
Pia: He always comes to save me. When ever I am in any trouble...
Jay: Hmm...How sweet!
Pia: He promised me that he will always come to save me...He has promised me...
Jay: How sweet! We will go and meet your Angel tomorrow...Okay Pia? And for now it is necessary that you go home. Till then relax...Sshh...!
Pia: No...He does not meet anyone Jai
Jay: I know... I know...
Pia: When I am in problem...he is my angel Jay...
Jay: Yes...he is your Angel Pia...Okay now Sshh...relax...Relax, Okay?
Pia: He saved me...
Jay: Yes, He saved you Pia (Jay puts his hand on Pia's head gently stroking and patting her head) Just calm down... We will meet that person who saved you tomorrow... just relax...Sshh Okay?
Pia: My Angel!
Jay: Yes, your Angel Pia...He is your angel... We will meet him. Sshh...just calm down...calm down...

Abhay comes out from the side of the road to the middle. His face is uncovered now. He comes and stand in front of the abandoned Car of the Geeks. Abhay says in mind, 'Make it a habit Abhay! You have to move behind and give space for Jay. He has the right to be near Pia...not you. This is right for Pia...This is right for you'. (Episode ends)

7th June 2011 Written Update (Episode 191) Tanushree Ambolker gives Statement against Pia to the Police

Tanushree overhears the conversation between Jay and Pia

Episode 191 starts with Tanushree and her friends (Barbie and Skipper) at the Doctors Cabin. T's dog is sitting on the Table. The Doctor tells T, 'Nothing has happened to your dog'.
Tanushree: No Doctor! He is having full on problem. See how fast his heart beats.
Doctor: It's heart is beating like that of the normal dogs. It's okay!
Tanushree: Shut up Doctor! How can you call my Poochi Dog? (The Doctor keeps his hand on head in frustration)Don't call him Dog.
Doctor: See... I am a Child Specialist...Pediatrician! I am not a Vet. So please take him to a Vet.
T: So, He is also my Child, no?... He is my little baby, no? (T lovingly touches the dog) Cuchucoochu...Doctor, It could be that Poochi could be telling me a lie?
Doctor: Look! The problem here is that we don't have any evidence of your Poochi talking.
T: Don't be silly Doctor...Poochi is a Man and we know what men are...
Barbie and Skipper: Foolish!
T: No, Men are dogs! (The Doctor keeps his hand on head. T touches the dog fondly) Oh my God Poochi...Are you feeling cold? One second... I will give you my Jacket (T removes her jacket and covers the dog with the jacket)Poochi...This is my new fur Jacket. You will not feel cold and won't remember home also... Ahh... Doctor what I was saying is... (The Doctor leans back on his seat with a sigh Frustrated)

T is walking through the Hospital Corridor with a Report File. She stops when she hears a familiar voice. She sees that Jay Khurana is talking to Pia Dobriyal. Jay is standing while Pia is seated on a Chair.
Jay: What did you think? I told this lie for you? If the Police would have troubled you there would not have been anyone happier than me. Get it... and get that straight! And I want all of this to stop right now! Because your family has done too much... so let it be! (Pia gets up from the Chair)
Pia: Why are you telling all this?
Jay: Why do you keep playing the Drama? Why? Don't you know Neel?
Pia: Of course not! I have seen his face the first time... Who is he?
Jay: My Brother! (T smiles) My that Brother who is becoming mad in your sister Panchi's love. And your sister who played a false drama with him... made his believe that she is interested in him...and when he started becoming serious, she just left him! Reason being she got bored. And he drank liquor in his craziness and went to die there... And I am pretty sure that Panchi only would have send you to remove Neil from her way.
Pia: Just Stop it Okay? How can you say that? What do you think...I did all this intentionally? And Panchi... Panchi doesn't even know Neel...We asked her and she clearly told that she did not have anything with Neil...Neel is not Panchi's Boyfriend. And what do you think? I am Panchi's sister...Won't I know whom Panchi is with?
Jay: You know what Piya? You are a dumb chick to believe in your sister's words. But Madam...Open your eyes! Because this is the truth...Your sister spoiled my Brother's life. And all of this is enough Pia...I want you out right now! (Jay points to the door) Move it! (Pia leaves from there. Tanushree who overhears the conversation thinks, 'This is a very interesting twist. I have to take advantage of the situation')

Piya enters the House looking gloomy and upset. Arnab sees her and asks her what the matter is. He makes her sit on the chair and asks her why she is shivering. He calls Ramsingh for water and also call for Panchi and Madhu. Panchi and Madhu comes to the Hall. Piya tells them about the Accident. Arnab consoles her and tells her that he would find out how he is. Madhu also consoles her and goes from there to arrange hot water for Pia to take bath. Arnab asks the name of the Guy and Pia tells, 'Neel'. On hearing the name the expression on Panchi's face changes. Pia looks at Panchi.

At the Life Care Hospital, T enters Neel's room.
T: Neel...I am so sorry! I sympathize with you on your condition. (Neel is lying on the bed with a bandage on head)
Neel: I am sorry I don't recognize you...
T: You don't know me but I know you. And I also know how Panchi dumped you. I mean... She is that sort of a girl. You know she does not have any right to break the heart of such a good looking Guy like you. And that too she lead on and dumped you... Trust me... I know now she would be laughing at your condition. But if you want I can help you. You just have to do what I say, Okay?
Neel: Really?
T: Really... I know how to make her say yes. So I will help you, alright?

Police comes to arrest Pia at the Dobriyal House

Police arrests Pia Dobriyal as Misha, Madhu, Arnab and Panchi looks on

Arnab is sitting in the Hall reading newspaper and having Tea. Pia comes to the Hall and tells him Bye.
Arnab: You are ready so early... There is one more hour to go to College...
Pia: No Papa, I was actually going to the Hospital to see Neel. I thought i will take some flowers for him and he would feel better.
Arnab: It's Okay my dear... (The door bell rings and Pia goes and opens the door. The Police Inspector and Constables are at the door step)
Inspector: Ms Pia Dobriyal...You are under arrest! (Pia looks shocked. Arnab is startled to hear the news and goes to the door)
Pia: But Inspector...arrest...why?
Inspector: Look, Whatever you want to ask, ask after reaching the Police Station.
Arnab: One minute! Inspector...Do you know in whose house you are standing and whom you are talking to? My daughter has already given the statement yesterday night and after that you are just troubling her. (Madhu comes there)
Inspector: The statement your daughter had given was false. We know that she was driving the vehicle. The accident happened by her... she hit Neel Khurana...despite of all this, she gave the Police wrong statement. She is telling lies!
Arnab: What proof do you have?
Inspector: We have the proof! We have the victim's statement...and along with that there is also a witness who was present at the accident spot and seen the accident.
Piya: Nobody was there Papa...
Arnab: One Minute... (To Pia) Don't tell anything. I will talk to my lawyer (Arnab dials a number on Phone. Panchi and Misha also comes to the Hall) He is a very good lawyer. You should not give any statement till I tell you. (To the Inspector)And I think Inspector...You should get your facts right! That Guy in an intoxicated state came in front of my daughter's Car and got hit. There is no fault of my daughter in that. In fact, Pia took that Guy to the Hospital...as a good citizen. And now he changed the statement? How dare he give the wrong statement? (To Pia) Pia... Don't worry!
Inspector: Arrest her! (The Inspector and lady's constables take Pia away from there)
Pia: Papa...
Arnab: You don't worry! I am coming with you... Ram Singh, Bring my Jacket!
Madhu: Arnab, Pia...
Arnab: Nothing will happen to Pia. I am going along. I have talked to lawyer. Don't worry! Tell him to bring the Jacket outside... (Arnab leaves from there)
Panchi: Momma... Just relax! I will get Pia out of the problem, Okay? I am going to the Hospital...
Madhu: Have you gone mad? leave all this to Papa...
Panchi: Momma...I know the Guy.
Misha: What?
Panchi: And I will force him to take the false statement back.
Madhu: Panchi, If the Guy takes the statement back that would be very good.
Panchi: I will talk to him that he take back the statement...whatever I have to do for that...Okay? (Panchi goes from there).

Panchi comes to Neel's room in the Hospital.
Panchi: Neel...(Neel is happy seeing Panchi and thinks, 'That girl was saying right. Panchi will come to me hearing the news of my accident. She will get angry at me but after some time she will agree with me') What do you think of yourself? Don't you understand? I don't wish to keep any relationship with you. I don't want to date you. You bore me. You get it? When I didn't agree you went in drunken state in front of my sister's Car?
Neel: But Panchi...
Panchi: Shut up! Don't tell me lie...I know you did it. You are such a creep! (Neel thinks, 'Oh! No... T told that Panchi would get angry but this has become a little over. No Panchi... Please don't hate me! I will play this drama a little more time. After that may be T's advice would work')
Neel: Panchi, I am not the one telling the lie...but Pia. And I am the one in the Hospital. Police would listen to me...
Panchi: Neel, if you are alive and in the Hospital it is because of my sister...otherwise you would have been dead. And you are giving this return for her goodness? (Panchi recalls her talk with Madhu that she would get Pia out of the situation at whatever cost) Neel... Take your statement back. i will do what you wish.
Neel: Really?
Panchi: But after taking the statement back if any legal inquiry happens with Pia then you understand Neel... (Neel nods)Neel, Please make the Call... (Neel nods again. Panchi gives her Cell Phone to him to make the Call)

Kabir is driving the Car with Tanushree sitting on the front passenger seat. Kabir smiles seeing Tanusshree happy and smiling.
Kabir: What is the matter T? You look very happy. What's up?
T: I am happy because all my plans are working. And I had a dream for the past 2 years and that is going to get fulfilled today. (Kabir's mobile Phone rings and he picks up the call from Misha)
Kabir: Hey Champ! (Kabir's expression changes on hearing the news from the other side)What? Yeah, sure... (He cuts the call)
T: Ahh... What happened K?
Kabir: T, That was Misha's call. Someone has arrested Pia. (T smiles and remembers her conversation with Neel. She tells Neel, 'You will call the Police and tell them that you are ready to give the statement. When they come here you would tell them that you were drunk and did not drive the vehicle as drinking and driving is an offense. And then from somewhere a Car came and you saw the driver...and that driver was Pia. You tried to move out of the path but Pia hit you with her Car' Neel tells T that nothing like that happened. T tells him, 'One second! Do you want Panchi back or not? (Neel nods) You have to trust me. Panchi would come back to you...and not happily...but shouting! She will even threaten you but you have to tell her that if she wishes to see Pia outside the Jail, then she has to date you...Got that?' T then makes a call to the Police Station. T comes back to her present ans smiles thinking that her plan worked)

Arnab and Pia at the Police Station. Arnab is sitting on a chair opposite the Inspector while Pia is sitting on a side chair.
Inspector: Dobriyal Sir, You can take Pia and go...Her bail is done.
Arnab: The Bail had to happen. I would not have let Pia be here in any condition. She is my daughter and I would not let any harm on her. And you came to my house and (Pia suddenly gets a flash of her past. Piya is shouting at Arnab, 'Why don't you tell anything? How long will you give excuses?' Siddharth and Misha looks on. She continues, 'Give me at least one opportunity in life that I don't feel ashamed because of you. Say something!' Pia looks at Arnab) You made her sit here 3 hours. What would be the consequences of that you would understand fast. Can we go now? (Arnab gets up from the Chair and goes and sits near Pia)
Arnab: Pia, are you alright dear?
Pia : Yeah... (Arnab and Pia leaves the Police Station)

Jay shouts at Neel for giving statement to Police against Pia

At Neel's Hospital Room Jay is talking to Neel.
Jay: Neel... Neel, Seriously... What is wrong with you? You gave statement against Pia and that too false... Because she is a Dobriyal? Do you think her Mom and Dad would let her go to Jail that easily? No dude no... you have gone mad!
Neel: Brother,Whatever I did I did for Panchi...
Jay: wait!wait...wait... for whom?
Neel: Panchi!
Jay: Panchi? How does Panchi come in between all of this?
Neel: I gave statement against her sister and she came to meet me here.And she promised me that if I change my statement she would get involved with me again.
Jay: Oh my God Neel No... (Jay keeps his hand on head)
Neel: Bro... I love her!
Jay: You mean to say Neel that you did this only to to force that girl to love you. Do you have any idea how idiotic does that sound?
Neel: You have control on your love? You keep hiding from the world, right? I know the truth...
Jay: What do you mean?
Neel: You know well. I don't wish to tell more...Still you won't admit how powerful love is... What all people do for love... (Jay turns his head in frustration) I only told a lie... And you see Bro... that lie worked! Panchi is mine now!
Jay: Enough with your Panchi Panchi crap Neel... and I am serious. I am fed up making you understand. You know what? You and me are done talking. (Jay walks out of there...Neel tries to stop him unsuccessfully)

Arnab is driving the Car with Pia sitting on the front passenger seat. Arnab notices that Pia is looking dull.
Arnab: What happened Pia? You are very silent... Did they behave badly with you there? You can tell me...
Piya: No Papa! Actually when you were arranging my bail I saw a flash of my past. Like I was in some scene. (Arnab thinks, 'Oh God! What does she remember now?')Papa, I saw that I behaved rudely with you. Not one time...but again and again! I saw that I was very bad with you...it was not good at all! I spoke with you so rudely and you forgave me? Why Papa?
Arnab: No Pia! You did not do anything that I feel hurt. You are a part of my heart and you have all rights to get angry at your Papa. As far as your old memories are concerned that are memories...They are in the past and let them be there...They belong there.
Pia: Papa, Don't know why Neel changed his statement. I mean...He knew that I did not do it intentionally. His Brother also had given statement to the Police. I don't know why he did like that...You know what Papa? You please leave me at the Hospital. I want to talk to him. I want to sort this out as to why he did it.
Arnab: Okay! I think you are right! You should sort this out. I will also go with you.
Pia: No Papa. I will go alone! It is between him and me...
Arnab: Okay!
Pia: Thank you!

Pia enters Neel's Hospital Room. Neel is lying down with eyes closed. She goes and sits on a stool near the Cot.
Pia: Hi Neel! (Neel looks at her and adjusts his position to talk to her)
Neel: Pia... (Pia smiles at him)
Pia: How are you?
Neel: I am Okay!
Pia: Neel! Neel, I don't understand why you did that. Because we both know what happened. Then Neel, Why did you feel that what I did I did intentionally? Oh...So you did all this for Panchi? Really Neel...for Panchi...Why? Look! I don't know who made you do it. Neel, maybe Panchi would be with you but in her heart she would think that the relationship was been forced on her by blackmailing her. Neel, Panchi is my sister. She would do anything for me. But you... If instead of sending me to jail if you would have supported me and if this all did not happen... You know what? Panchi would have come to you on her own. Bu now... Neel, you spoiled it!
Neel: I don't know Pia why I did that...I had become blind...
Pia: Don't worry...okay Neel? I will talk to Panchi, alright?
Neel: I am really sorry Pia... (Pia keeps her hand on Neel's shoulder)
Pia: It's okay Neel... After getting out of the accident trauma you would give a fresh statement which would be true. You know what? Panchi is going to appreciate that. (A lawyer knocks at the Door)
Lawyer: Miss Pia Dobriyal... Ms Pia I am sorry to disturb you but your Papa said that you are here.
Pia: You came at the right time Uncle. Neel is ready to give his statement.
Lawyer: But it is too late Ms Pia. Now his statement is of no use to us. Police has got a new eye witness and she is not willing to change her statement. She has admitted that you have intentionally tried to murder him.
Pia: Witness? But no one was there...Who is the witness? What's the name?
Lawyer: Tanushree Ambolker (Pia is shocked) Episode ends.

6th June 2011 Written Update (Episode 190) Jay saves Pia from the Police Inspector by taking the blame of Neel’s Accident

Jay and Pia brings an injured Neel to Hospital

Pia is driving the Car and stops in front of the Raichand Mansion. She thinks, 'Which is this place? What am I doing here? How did I come here?' Pia gets out of the Car and looks at Raichand mansion. She closes her eyes and thinks. She remembers visiting the house and a lady whose face is not visible inviting her in by calling her name. Piya thinks, 'I have come here before. I know the people here. But who are they?' She asks the watchman standing in front of the house, 'Who is staying here?' The Watchman replies, 'It is vacant for the past one year. And new owners would be coming to stay here soon'. Piya asks him who use to stay there before and the watchman replies that he does not know. Pia thinks, 'I need to find out. I have come to this place before. I am sure a big part of my life is here'. Piya gets into her Car and leaves from there.

Pia is driving the Car and she gets a call from Misha. Pia lifts the Call.
Pia: Hello!
Misha: So Madam, How was your Blind date? Who was he?
Pia: There was no Blind date Misha. It was a trick by that stupid Jay
Misha: Oh! He likes you? Wow!
Pia: No, He doesn't like me okay. He called me there to insult me again. Anyways I also bashed him a lot. I am coming home. By the way, How is Panchi? Is she okay?
Misha: Panchi? She is a different chapter. That loser Neel called her 47 times and she became so angry that she switched off her phone. Full on stress man...
Pia: Poor Neil!
Misha: Poor loser! Anyway, you come home. Catch you there!
Pia: Okay Bye!
Misha: Bye!
Pia puts down the phone and thinks, 'Poor Neil...I really feel bad. He really might be in love with Panchi. And what had he done? He only gave flowers. I don't know why Panchi is doing like that. I think I need to go home and talk to her'.

Pia is driving the Car and sees a Man walking through the middle of the road. She presses the horn by the guy resumes walking through the middle of the road. Before she could do anything she hits him with his Car. Piya hears the screams of the Guy and stops the Car after going some distance. She gets out of the Car and go running to him. She sees the Guy bleeding and unconscious. She shakes him and shouts for help. She sees the Guys mobile and dials the last call number. Jay who is driving the Car picks up the Phone. Pia informs Jay that she ran over somebody with her Car and he is seriously injured. She tells him that she needs to take him to the Hospital and she does not have any one to help.
Jay: What? Neel had an accident?
Pia: I don't know who he is. He was walking through the middle of the road and I ran over him with my Car. Please help me!
Jay: What do you two sisters think of yourself? One breaks his heart and the other one tries to kill him. I mean...what is wrong with you Guys?
Pia:Stop it Okay? This is not the time to fight. I don't know he might lose his life. I need to take him to the Hospital...
Jay:Okay, Where are you?
Pia: Ridge Road
Jay: Ridge Road...? I am in the other part of the city. You do one thing..You take him from there to the Hospital.I will meet you there. Listen to me... Get into the Car and follow my instructions...From where you are go straight...take the first right then second left and then right. See you at the Life Care Hospital. Just go now...
Pia: Okay!

Abhay in the Ice

Pia drives the Car with Neel lying down on back seat. She thinks, 'What did Jay say? From where should I go? I have forgotten the way' She then hears a voice which tells her, 'Piya...Go straight and then first right...then second left...and then right' Pia looks at Neel who is unconscious and thinks, 'Who is that? Who said this?' Piya stops the Car and looks outside. She thinks, 'Who was it? Whose voice was that? And why was that voice familiar? The Car also had to stop right now?' She gets out of the Car. She thinks, 'I need help! What if something happens to Neel?' She opens the back door and looks at Neel. She says, 'Oh my God! Neel (She shakes him)...He is not even breathing. Have I killed him? Neel...I need help...Neel...' She then hears the same voice again and is startled. The voice calls her, 'Pia...' She runs a little distant from the car and looking around asks, 'Who is that?' She hears the voice again...'Don't lose your courage like that Pia. A man's life is in your hands. Don't lose Courage... Go, help him!' Piya turns around and asks again, 'Who is that? Who is that?'The voice talks to her again, 'Pia...Go get water from somewhere. Sprinkle water on his face. Bring him to senses... Come on! Move... Bring him to conscious Pia...Bring him to conscious Pia...Go!' Piya comes back to her Car and searches for water but does not find any. She thinks, 'There is no water anywhere in the Car. What do I do?'The voice guides her again,' In the Jungle near there is water. Go Pia!' Pia runs into the Jungle. As she runs the voice encourages her, 'Pia go ahead!' After a distance when she stops the voice tells her, 'Don't Stop Pia. You can do it! Go...Run Pia run!' Pia resumes running. After running some time Pia stumbles and falls over Abhay's resting Place. As always the connection to that place makes her remove the leaves on top of the place with her hands. She sees Ice and underneath a human face. She runs her hands over the ice block unconsciously. She thinks, 'Oh my God! Someone is there. Underneath the Ice there is a man...'She touches the ice gently losing herself in the moment. Suddenly she hears the sound of water from the water stream near by. She thinks touching the ice above the face of the Man, 'Who is he?' She then gets up and runs towards the water steam. When she reaches there she stops as if wondering what to do. She then hears the guiding voice again, 'Move Piya...You can save him, Go Pia!'. She finds a half coconut shell and runs to Neel carrying water in it. She opens the back seat of the car and makes Neel drinks some water. She is happy to see him alive and breathing. She assures him that he would be okay and that she is taking him to the hospital. Piya drives the Car from there. Piya thinks, 'Whose voice was that? Who was helping me? Under the ice...was he?'

Ice Block on Abhay melts on Pia's touch

The Ice Block on top of Abhay's resting place is melting. Abhay remembers Maithili's words when he freezes him in ice, 'Now...I am leaving you here and going Abhayendra...alone...in between this ice. My love does not permit you to kill you...but I can enslave you! You will stay frozen in the ice till someone who truly loves you comes and keeps her hand on your heart. True love...Only true love can free you from this Abhayendra. And I am your true love. Till you realize that I will not free you. You are a dead human and will stay like a dead one in all respects. You won't be able to stay as a vampire as long as some one who truly loves you caresses your dead heart with her hands. Till then you will stay in the ice sleeping Abhayendra...till true love does not melt this ice.' The Ice on Abhay's face is melting.

At the Dobriyal House, Panchi is lying on the Cot browsing on her laptop and eating chips. Misha enters the room.
Misha: Hey Birdie... Where is your Cell Phone? (Misha sits on the Cot and takes Panchi's Mobile and looks at it) What the hell? I was calling you for a long time and your phone was switched off.
Panchi: Why were you calling me on phone? I am here at the house.
Misha: So to talk to you I have to come from the Hall to the room or what? I am tired. By the way, Why is your phone switched off?
Panchi: Full day I have to keep chatting or what? (Misha picks the bowl of Chips in front of Panchi and starts eating. Panchi seizes it back)Give me this and get your own from the Kitchen. (Misha takes the bowl of Chips again)
Misha: Are you mad? I will go back to the Kitchen or what?
Panchi: I forgot how Misha Baby has to work hard. Okay, let's do one thing! let us give all our staff phones. When you need something call and order.
Misha: That is a superb Idea fatty! I will appeal to Momma...(Misha takes Panchi's phone)
Panchi: God save me!!! (Panchi notices her phone in Misha's hands and takes it back) Misha, what are you doing? What the hell are you doing?
Misha: What is your problem? Oh...You are avoiding someone... Who?
Panchi: No One!
Misha: Liar! You don't know to tell lies...You are fully transparent... Tell me...What is the matter?
Panchi: I told you...a clingy Guy is behind me...He has already given me 47 miss calls.
Misha: Is he a loser?
Panchi: Big time loser!
Misha: But the matter to think here is that why a Guy is calling you...Did you give him money?
Panchi: You know what? You are not funny at all...
Misha: But seriously you would have given him some hint that is why he is so enthusiastic...Did you not say I love...
Panchi: Shut up! Stop right there...I did not give any such hint... I don't say such nonsense!
Misha: You should have done something.
Panchi: No!
Misha: You are a liar Panchi!You have serious issues. these days you are becoming a tease type of girl...And you better watch out... If you keep doing it you will be in big problems. I mean pick up Guys and then break up with them... Just because you are bored...It is not right! Don't behave that way...
Panchi: Misha, just shut up! And mind your own Business. I am elder to you... Be in your limits...And what do you know about all these things? Did you ever have a Boyfriend in life? Interfering fool... (Panchi gets up from the bed and walks to the dressing table)
Misha: You are guilty conscious. That is why you are scolding me...No Guy will behave in that manner unless he feels the other chance...Just think about it... (Misha picks up the Bowl of chips and leaves the room. Panchi stands in front of the mirror as if doing a soul searching).

Jay and Pia are in the Hospital. The Hospital staff are taking Neel into the ICU. The Doctor stops Jay from entering the room.
Doctor: Please stop there? Is he related to you?
Jay: Yeah Doctor...He is my Brother...my Cousin...His name is Neel. he is 23 years old and his blood group is A negative.
Doctor: See this is a road accident. So it is a police case. I think we have to inform the Police.
Jay: Okay Doctor! (Piya walks to Jay)
Pia: God! I hope he becomes fine...
Jay: Poor Pia...You are feeling sad, right? It is a Police Case now.
Pia: No Jay! I just hope he becomes fine and... (Jay signals her to stop)
Jay: Just let it be? From when you started caring about others other than yourself? Just let it be... (Jay keeps his hand on head in frustration. Both Jay and Pia pace around or look through the door while Neel is been attended by the Doctors.)

Jay tells the Inspector that he was driving the Car

Police Inspector is talking to Jay, 'See what ever you saw...please tell in detail'.
Inspector: According to the Doctors your Brother was drunk heavily. Whose vehicle was it? Who was driving it?
Jay: Sir, I was driving the Car. (Pia is shocked and get up from where she was sitting)Neel had called me to pick him up as he was drunk. I was almost near him when he suddenly came in front of the Car. I tried to put the brakes but it was too late. Neel was unconscious. And if I was not driving slowly maybe he would have been hurt more.
Inspector: Miss Pia...Pia Dobriyal, right? (Pia nods)
Jay: Sir, She is with me...
Inspector: Were you present at the accident spot?
Pia: Yeah...We both were going to pick up Neel only when he came in front of our Car. He was drunk... (Inspector looks at Jay who was not looking straight into eyes. Jay turns to Pia and speaks to her, ' It's okay Pia. Everything would be alright...Just don't worry!'Pia nods)
Inspector: Thank you!
Jay: Thank you Sir!
Inspector: We will stay in touch with you.
Jay: Please...Please do! (The Inspector goes from there. Jay closes his eyes and leans to the wall. Pia goes and stands in front of him).
Pia: Jay, Thank you so much...I don't know what to say...
jay: You don't need to say anything Pia. i did not do that for you. Get that straight! (Jay walks from there) Episode ends
